ReturnsWe accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your product. You must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to sending back the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must return in new sellable condition. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 7 business days. If you notify us after the seven business days, we cannot issue you a replacement. All returns must provide a valid return authorization number (RMA). If you return your RiseUP Table Top without a RMA, it will be refused. Credits / exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt of returned materials.
