I’ve been using the RiseUp for over 6 months at my primary work desk and I love it! A few days each week I am required to work from our secondary studio/office space where there are community desks, and I can feel a significant difference – mainly in my lower back. The feeling is similar to being on a consistent work-out schedule and missing a day; you don’t notice your poor posture or lack of core strength before you start to work out, only after weeks (or days!) of training. As someone who uses the product daily (and has blogged about it), I’d say getting a RiseUp means committing to change. I wanted to find a way to work healthier. I realized that having a standing desk was not only changing my work habits, but my work area. Eventually, I found an adjustable chair at a second hand store that worked well with my table/desk set up. My body started feeling less sore, and eventually stopped hurting all together.
